Last week PCC Cabinet unanimously agreed to the award of £100k (plus legal fees) to Nolton & Roch CLT for the purchase of land near to the village hall in Roch. The award is subject to the creation of acceptable development plans and planning approval. NRCLT will partner with local Housing Association ateb to design, develop and build up to 20 affordable houses for local people.
