Nolton & Roch Community Land Trust (CLT) is a not-for-profit organisation run by skilled volunteers, passionate about creating opportunities for community-led housing and amenities to preserve the quality of our community and local environment.
Local connections
This project is about gathering and sharing YOUR feedback about what kind of community you'd like to live in. The CLT is managed by local people to protect the interests of those with local connections.

The Nolton and Roch area is already a beautiful place to live...let's help to keep it rich in communal amenities and activities, with affordable and accessible homes to house our future generations.
