In January we were delighted to invite Henry Tufnell MP to visit our CLT team to learn about plans to create affordable housing in our community. Already well aware of the housing crisis in Pembrokeshire, Mr Tufnell applauded our endeavours and said he is keen to see our CLT model expanded across the county. If multiple communities can crate affordable housing for their local community then together we will make a significant contribution to reducing the long waiting list in Pembrokeshire. He was appraised of our achievements to date, together with some of the difficulties we have encountered, and he offered to do what he can to help improve the process, not just for us but for CLTs in general.
