What happens next?

Nolton & Roch Community Land Trust (CLT) are working with land-owners, developers and planning authorities to purchase land that is suitable for development to provide attractive, low energy-demand houses. These will reflect real needs in the neighbourhood and be suitably priced to be affordable by local people.

Any housing developed will remain under the control of the CLT and will remain permanently reserved for people who have a strong local connection. Understand more about our organisation here.
