We’re pleased to announce that on 4th March 2020, Nolton & Roch Community Land Trust was incorporated as a Community Benefit Society (No. 8348) by the Financial Conduct Authority.
This is a vital step that creates our CLT as a legal entity and enables us to negotiate and enter into contractual agreements with landowners, developers and the local authority.
