On Sept 8th, the National Park Planning Authority awarded conditional approval for housing on the Roch Gate Motel site including planning for six 1-bed flats, four 1-bed bungalows and four 4-bed houses.

Following our update on our first response to the privately owned land (formerly Roch Gate Motel) being considered for planning permission to house 18, 2 bed properties, we submitted a second response to the adjusted planning application

Following our post alerting you that the privately owned land (formerly Roch Gate Motel) was being considered for planning permission to house 18, 2 bed properties, we were asked to submit a response as a Community Land Trust to the planning application.

Some of you may have noticed that the privately owned land on which Roch Gate Motel stood is being considered for planning permission to house 18, 2 bed properties.

We’re pleased to announce that on 4th March 2020, Nolton & Roch Community Land Trust was incorporated as a Community Benefit Society (No. 8348) by the Financial Conduct Authority.
